These terms govern your use of the Nevora Care website at nevsehirotomotiv.com and the planned clinical services described on it. By using the site, sending a form, or attending a visit arranged through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not send a form. You may still read the public pages.
The site describes care, publishes educational articles, lists starting fees, and collects requests. It is not an emergency department, not a diagnosis engine, and not a substitute for a clinician who has heard your history. Articles are general. They may not apply to your body, your medicines, or your risks. Do not start, stop, or change a treatment solely because of a paragraph you read here.
If you think you are in danger, contact local emergency services at once. Do not fill in a form and wait. Examples include crushing chest pain, fainting, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness on one side, severe shortness of breath at rest, a serious allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself. The clinic inbox is checked during published care hours only.
Submitting the appointment form sends a request for a representative to contact you by email. It does not reserve a chair by itself, does not create a doctor–patient relationship by itself, and does not guarantee a particular clinician or time. A relationship for a specific visit begins when we confirm the booking by email and you attend, or when we otherwise agree in writing that care has started.
Please arrive with a medicine list and the questions you most want answered. If you need to move a confirmed visit, write as early as you can. Repeated missed visits without notice may mean we ask you to rebook rather than hold a preferred time.
You may request a named clinician. We will honor that request when the clinician’s schedule and scope fit the problem. If another person on the team is safer or more suitable, we will say why before the visit. You may decline and ask for a different option.
Prices on the pricing page are starting fees for the conversations described. They are quoted in the figures shown and confirmed by email when a visit is accepted. Studies, procedures, dental appliances, and extra visits are priced separately and only after you have a chance to ask questions. The website does not take card payments.
If you do not attend a confirmed visit and you did not write ahead, a missed-visit fee of up to the starting fee of that plan may be discussed. We would rather reschedule than charge. Tell us early.
You agree to give information that is true to the best of your knowledge, to mention allergies and medicines, and to say if you do not understand an instruction. You agree not to record a visit secretly where that would break trust or the law. Companions are welcome when you want them, and they are asked to let you speak for yourself unless you invite them in.
You are responsible for the email address you type. If you mistype it, we may not be able to reach you. Check the spelling before you submit.
You may not misuse the forms or the pages. That includes sending malicious code, attempting to probe or overload the host, harvesting addresses, impersonating another person, or uploading content you do not have the right to share. We may ignore or refuse messages that are abusive, irrelevant, or that try to use the clinic as a platform for advertising.
The Nevora Care name, the heart-and-pulse logo, the page design, and the original text of these pages belong to the clinic or are used with permission. You may share links to public pages. You may quote a short passage of an article with credit and a link. You may not copy the site design, republish whole articles, or use the logo as if you were the clinic.
Photographs illustrate clinical life. They are not a promise that a particular room, device, or result will be part of your visit.
The subscribe page joins an occasional letter. You can leave that list on the unsubscribe page. Service emails about a request you made are separate. Unsubscribing from letters does not cancel an appointment and does not close a clinical question already in progress.
Our privacy policy explains what the forms ask for and how email is handled. It is part of the way we work. If the policy and these terms ever seem to disagree about personal information, the privacy policy governs that topic.
We work to keep the pages available, but we do not promise that the site will be error-free or always online. Maintenance, hosting trouble, or a broken link can happen. Clinical decisions should not wait on a web page if you are unwell.
Share links open other services. Fonts may load from a typeface host. Those organizations have their own terms. Your use of their tools is between you and them. A share button does not give that service your form contents.
Clinical services are provided with professional care and judgment. Outcomes differ. We do not guarantee a cure, a pain-free result, a particular test finding, or that a plan will fit every preference. Educational content is provided as general information, without warranty that it is complete for your situation.
To the extent the law allows, the clinic is not liable for loss that arises only from your reliance on a public article, from a mistyped email address, or from a delay caused by using a form in an emergency. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for negligence causing personal injury where such an exclusion would be unlawful.
We may update these terms when services or the site change. The new version will show a new date on this page. A visit already confirmed keeps the fee and scope we wrote in that confirmation, even if the public price cards change later, unless you and the clinic agree to a different plan.
These terms, the privacy policy, and the email that confirms a specific visit form the agreement for that visit. Informal remarks on a social network do not change them. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
