Privacy Policy

Home / Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nevora Care handles information when you use nevsehirotomotiv.com. It is written for patients, families, and readers of our journal. Please read it before you send a form. If a sentence is unclear, ask us through the contact page and we will answer in ordinary language.

1. Who this policy covers

Nevora Care operates this website to describe clinical services, publish educational articles, and receive appointment, contact, subscribe, and unsubscribe requests. The site is a static collection of pages. Forms run in your browser. They check that fields are complete and then show a confirmation message. They do not transmit the form to a database from the page itself.

When we refer to “we” or “the clinic,” we mean the Nevora Care team that replies to messages sent to hello@nevsehirotomotiv.com. When we refer to “you,” we mean the person using the site, whether you are reading, booking, or writing on behalf of someone who asked you to.

2. Information you choose to give us

Forms ask only for what we need to reply. Depending on the page, that may include your name, email address, preferred care area, preferred clinician, a date, a time of day, a topic, and a message you write. Subscribe and unsubscribe forms ask for an email address and, where shown, a preference or a reason.

Please do not send identity numbers, full payment card details, or detailed records of another person. If your message includes health information, treat it as sensitive. Share the minimum that lets us understand the request. A representative may ask you to move a detailed clinical story into a planned visit rather than keep expanding it by email.

3. Information your browser may create

Like most websites, a server that delivers these pages can briefly log technical details such as browser type, general device category, and the page requested. We use that style of information to keep the site loading reliably and to notice broken links. We do not use it to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell it.

The pages remember nothing about you after you close them, except what your own browser chooses to keep, such as a font cache from the typeface provider. You can clear that in your browser settings.

4. How we use what you send

If you submit a form and later correspond by email, we use the details to:

  • reply to the address you typed;
  • match you with a suitable clinician or care plan;
  • confirm, move, or explain an appointment request;
  • answer questions about fees, preparation, or a written summary;
  • add you to or remove you from the occasional letter list;
  • improve the clarity of a page when your note shows that something confused people;
  • protect the clinic, our patients, and this website against misuse.

We do not use your message to surprise you with unrelated commercial offers. The letter list is separate and always optional. Clinical advice, when it is appropriate to give it, happens in a planned visit or in a careful email follow-up, not inside a marketing note.

5. Appointment and contact messages

An appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking and not a medical record created by the website. A representative confirms details by email during care hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, and Saturday, 09:00 to 13:00. Sunday messages are read on the next open morning.

Do not use any form for emergencies. Crushing chest pain, fainting, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness, severe allergic swelling, or breathlessness at rest need local emergency services immediately. Sending a form can delay help.

6. The letter list

If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide so we can send occasional notes about prevention, visit preparation, and clinic updates. You can unsubscribe at any time on the unsubscribe page or by using the link described in a letter. We honor removal requests promptly. A transactional email about an appointment you requested is not the same as the letter list; we may still write about that request after you unsubscribe from general notes.

7. Cookies and similar tools

This clinic site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad networks. A font file may be requested from a typeface host so the design displays consistently. Your browser may store that file temporarily. If you block remote fonts, the pages still work with a standard system typeface.

We do not use hidden pixels to follow you across other websites. If that ever changes, we will rewrite this section before the change goes live and we will describe the tool in plain language.

8. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these narrow situations:

  • with the clinician or staff member who needs it to answer you or to prepare a visit you requested;
  • with a service provider who hosts email for the clinic, bound to use it only on our instructions;
  • if we must disclose it to comply with a lawful demand, or to prevent serious harm where the law allows or requires that step;
  • if you ask us, in writing, to share a summary with another clinician you name.

Educational articles on the blog are public. Please do not post your own medical details in any future comment space. This site does not offer public comments.

9. How long information is kept

Email correspondence about a request is kept only as long as we need it to complete that request, to document what was agreed, and to meet ordinary professional record expectations if the message becomes part of care. Letter-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or until we retire the list. Technical logs, if any are created by the host, follow the host’s short retention cycle.

You may ask us to delete a marketing email address at any time. Clinical correspondence that has become part of a care record may need to be retained for patient safety even after a deletion request for marketing. We will explain the difference if it applies to you.

10. Security

Email is convenient and it is not a perfect vault. Do not send highly sensitive identifiers in a first message. We limit who on the team can open the inbox, and we do not ask you to email passwords. No method of transmission is completely secure. If you prefer to share a detailed history only during a visit, say so and we will keep the email thread short.

11. Your choices

You may ask what general correspondence we hold about your email address, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop letter-list mail. Use the contact form or write to hello@nevsehirotomotiv.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to confirm that the address belongs to you before we change anything. We will not ask you for a password.

You can also choose not to fill any form. The articles and service descriptions remain available to read.

12. Children

This website is written for adults arranging care for themselves or for a family member. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. A parent or guardian who books for a young person should send the request and keep clinical detail to what the visit requires. If you believe a child wrote to us directly, tell us and we will delete the marketing contact and direct any care question back to a guardian.

13. Links to other places

Share buttons open the sharing tools of other services so you can pass our public web address along. Those services have their own policies. We do not control them. A link is not an endorsement of every page on that service.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the way we answer messages changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after the date means you are reading the current version. If a change materially affects how we use email addresses already on the letter list, we will describe it in a letter before we rely on the new use.

15. How to reach us about privacy

Write through the contact page or email hello@nevsehirotomotiv.com. Please put “Privacy” in the topic or subject line so the note is opened by the right person. We aim to reply during care hours.
