How to read a fee

A starting fee is the price of the conversation and the written plan named on the card. If the clinician recommends a study, a dental procedure, or a longer course of recovery visits, you hear the reason and the additional fee first. You can pause, ask questions, or decline.

Payment expectations are confirmed by email when the appointment is accepted. This page does not take payment. If your situation changes before the day, write to us and we will say whether the same plan still fits.

Questions we would rather answer early

  • Is this visit mainly for reassurance, a new symptom, or a plan you already started?
  • Do you need a companion present?
  • Are you hoping to review old results, or to decide whether any new test is useful?
  • What would make the fee feel fair from your side of the table?
